Can you help with the transfer airport?

Yes, for your comfort we can provide you the airport transfer(turn your check in easier).  One way 10€(pickup), Round trip 20€(getting you to and from your apartment).

My return flight is very late. How late can I stay in the apartment? 

Check out is until 11:00 AM but if the apartment is vacant that day it can be at any time. We just have to confirm it before. If you have to make check out at 11:00 AM, we can hold your luggage until you go to the airport.

I’ll arrive very early. Will the apartment be available? 

It is very likely. If the apartment is not yet available we can hold your luggage while you take a little walk around the town until the apartment is available.

Do I have to pay in full when I make the reservation? 

No, you only have to pay 25% of the total value so that we can confirm your reservation. The remainder will be paid at check in.

If I have to cancel my trip what happens to my reservation/deposit?

If you cancel your reservation until 30 days before the arrival date, the amount you’ve already paid will be totally refunded.

I’m totally confident about my reservation but if for any reason the apartment is not available what happens? 

If your confirmed booking is not available or cannot be fulfilled when you arrive for check in and if any other apartment is available we’ll book you in a convenient and comparable hotel. If you don’t accept the alternative hotel, we’ll reimburse the amount already paid plus the amount of one night of the original reservation.

Can I smoke in the apartment?

No, you cannot for your own sake. 

I’m renting a car, where can I park? 

Parking is not a concern. The town has several parking spaces (paid and free). In a partnership with a private park (24 hours) near the apartments, Wazores can offer you a special rate. You can have one week parking for 25€.

How is the temperature in the winter? Does the apartment have heating?

The winter is not very rigorous, quite the contrary it’s very mild, but in the event of a colder night we have an electric oil heater efficient and safe.

I’m traveling with a baby, do you have a cradle?

Yes, we have, we just need to know in advance that you’re travelling with a baby. If you’ll need we can also provide a baby car chair. There are no additional costs.

Can I bring a dog or a cat?

We’re sorry, but that’s not possible.

What is the apartment’s maximum occupancy?

The maximum occupancy depends on the apartment. You can see the detailed information for the intended apartment.

What is the price per person? 

Our pricing is per apartment, the number of guests doesn’t change the price of the stay (note that there is a maximum number of guests per apartment).

Do I need to take some bed linen or towels? 

No, you don’t. All the apartments are fully equipped.

I have difficulty climbing stairs. Does the building have an elevator?

Yes, it has. It’s very useful to transport luggage.
